The GAT-B 2025 exam is scheduled for April 20, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The Graduate Aptitude Test (GAT-B) is a national-level entrance exam for postgraduate biotechnology programs, including M.Sc Biotechnology and related fields like M.Tech Biotechnology, MSc Agricultural Biotechnology, and MVSc Animal Biotechnology.

What are the Required Documents for the GAT-B 2025 Registration?

The documents you need to register in the GAT-B 2025 are:

  • Passport Size Photograph: JPG/JPEG format (10 KB to 200 KB)
  • Signature: JPG/JPEG format (4 KB to 30 KB)
  • Category Certificate: (If applicable) JPG/JPEG format (50 KB to 300 KB)
  • Qualifying Degree Certificate: JPG/JPEG format (10 KB to 300 KB)
  • Class 10 Certificate: JPG/JPEG format (10 KB to 300 KB)

What are the Eligibility Criteria for GAT-B 2025 Registration?

GAT-B registration eligibility is given below:

  • You must have to be an Indian citizenship.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree (Biological, Physical, Veterinary & Fishery Sciences, Agriculture, Pharmacy, Engineering/Technology, 4-year BSc (Physician Assistance), MBBS, or BDS).
  • 60% aggregate in Bachelor's (55% for reserved categories). Final-year students may apply.
  • Age limit: 28 years (as of the application deadline), with relaxations up to 5 years (33 years) for reserved categories and 3 years (31 years) for women.

  • Step 1: Go to exams.nta.ac.in.
  • Step 2: Locate for the "GAT-B 2025: Click Here to Register/Login" option under the most recent news and click on it.
  • Step 3: Select "New Candidate Registration" option to finish the registration process.
  • Step 4: Log in with your registration details.
  • Step 5: Fill out the application form accurately.
  • Step 6: Upload the required documents (photo, signature, etc.).
  • Step 7: Pay the application fee.
  • Step 8: Submit the form.
  • Step 9: Download and save the confirmation page. Keep a copy of your uploaded photo and signature as well.
